What we do or we don’t do deeply concerned other’s people life
Awareness of oneself and one’s goals can pass through ‘push’ training methods to recognize we are all interconnected. Team Building is for us an opportunity to improve the ability to work as a team and consequently gain results, team spirit, a sense of belonging and co-creation.
From “me” to “us”: Albini’s Method and theatre for team construction
This team-building course focuses on creativity, leadership, communication, problem-solving, trust in others, and decision making. Using various techniques, from mindfulness to body exercises, from making videos, to theatrical performance, the activities of this course are focused on teamwork. The group will have a living and energetic experience aimed to put ‘on stage’ the principles of the Albini’s Method by applying them to the business reality.
Starting from the sensory training experiences proposed by ANTSlife, and in order to develop an efficient body for the needs of daily life, we will offer a space for thought and conversation through Coaching and design thinking; fundamental tools to activate a learning process in the path of knowledge and self-discovery. What we propose is an immersive experience in Nature in order to activate creative and innovative thinking and explore a new way of observing reality. After this experience you will see yourself and your organization with the awareness of being part of a “We”, a team that working together can bring authentic value for oneself and for the context.
Portraits (of secret identities): The truth is an undiscovered lie
This experiential path is designed to lead to the construction of team spirit, the refinement of one’s research skills and one’s communicative essence. Together with eleven other people (whom you may already know, or may not know at all!), in a place that will be revealed to you only a few hours before the meeting time, you will begin an experiential journey of exploration around the identities of the participants, theirs and yours. The only investigative tool allowed? The images made with a smartphone, with which we will have fun collecting clues, reconstructing stories, playing (seriously) with the eyes of others and with our own.
