Our orientation paths aim to develop talents: searching for the essence and clarify mission, focus and direction. We offer an interdisciplinary experience which recomposes self-awareness in a life project, as well as learning tools for verification and raising awareness of socially responsible projects.
Leaders and Transition Coaching: How to orient managers to take on broader leadership roles
This course aims to assist managers in facing challenges in an ever changing business context. Becoming aware of the leaders we are, generates a positive impact on the change process for oneself and for the organization. Through coaching and the application of the principles of Albini’s Method, we guide leaders in developing self-awareness to put it at the service of wider growth roles in the organization. Leaders and their teams learn to raise the bar of their success and learn to expand their ability to contribute to the organization. We help managers explore their leadership, team, and organization aspirations and focus on development opportunities for growth, addressing blind spots and practicing innovative ways to address competitive challenges.
I finished my studies. What will I do? Career coaching and Albini’s Method as a journey to transform Vision into reality.
This course was created to help young people identify their own path by clarifying three fundamental aspects: what do I love to do, what can be usefull in the world and what I can get paid for. Inspiring from the research of Dell Technologies which assume that in 2030 about 85% of the jobs that will exist have not yet been invented, this training experience aims to develop the spirit of initiative and entrepreneurship by leading participants to recompose passions and talents in order to create new jobs and making ideas to become concrete.
Change job: mind maps that enclose choices and roadmaps for change.
As Confucius used to say: “choose the job you love and you won’t work even one day in your whole life”. Working is not an activity linked to simply “doing”, but becomes a continuous process of developing one’s skills, with the aim of generating better results for oneself and others. We often work ‘out of habit’, because we have been doing it for years. But, we seldom ask ourselves if our professional role really corresponds to what we are and what we really want. Or it happens that we lose our job and are forced by the context to continue to choose, or rather ‘let yourself be chosen’, by what we know how to do but we don’t like to do anymore. This course aims to guide people in finding or creating the job they really ‘want’, and it does so, by activating resources, awareness and action plans through neuroscience and group coaching techniques.
